2nd Annual Boots & Blessings Barn Dance
There are some nights that you hope you’ll always remember. Our 2nd Annual Boots & Blessings Barn Dance was one of those nights!
On March 27, 2026, more than 250 people gathered together for a night of great food, live music, dancing, fellowship, and most importantly a chance to come together around something bigger than ourselves.
Together, we raised an incredible $135,000 for The Haley Rasco Foundation!
But the night was about so much more than a fundraising total.
Boots & Blessings was created as a way for our community to come together and help us continue bringing Moments of Joy to pediatric patients and their families. Every dollar raised helps us provide birthdays, toys, Joy Bags, hospital events, holiday gifts, and so many other moments of joy to children facing some of the hardest days of their lives.
And this year, we were reminded of exactly why this work matters.
One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was hearing Jen and Mike Clark share their daughter Abby’s cancer journey. Their willingness to open up and share such a personal part of their lives gave everyone in the room a glimpse into the reality that so many families face when a child is diagnosed with cancer.
Abby is now cancer free and doing great, but their story was a beautiful reminder that behind every birthday we celebrate, every toy we deliver, and every event we bring into the hospital is a child and a family who are walking through something incredibly difficult.
From the moment our guests arrived, the evening was filled with incredible support. Guest enjoyed delicious food from Tejas BBQ, danced to live music by Shea Doman, bid in our silent auction, and spent the evening surrounded by people who believe in Haley’s legacy and the mission of The Haley Rasco Foundation.
We are so grateful to every person who helped make Boots & Blessings possible from our sponsors and auction donors to our volunteers, vendors, friends, family, and every single person who purchased a ticket and showed up.
Your generosity will make a difference in the lives of thousands of children and families.
And while we may have come together for a barn dance, what we really celebrated that night was joy, community, hope, and the power of people coming together to make a difference.
That is what Boots & Blessings is all about.
And we can’t wait to do it all again.
